This is the only place we are authorized to process customer information and account requests for Texas Witch Box. Please submit any requests through this email that are related to a Texas Witch Subscription. We do not process account requests sent through FaceBook, Instagram, or Etsy. You must email us through the email registered with your account - please include a subject (Cancel, Upgrade, Question, Other) and your name.
All $5 monthly susbscriptions must commit to 6 months. Account cancellations can be processed after 6 months of successful payments.
***There is no commitment period attached to boxes $10+, The Texas Witch Kids Subscription, or the Texas Witch Box Apothecary Subscription.
Kay’s Magic is still open and operating! Currently, the city (San Antonio, TX) where we are located is a hotspot for quickly rising COVID-19 cases. We currently are not bringing in extra help for fulfillment of orders to best limit our exposure to the virus. We are experiencing slight delays in our supply line deliveries, however, we have multiple contingency plans in place to keep things rolling over here! We do not have any plans to close and we will continue to carefully monitor the situation. Please be patient with us, we are currently working on a very limited staff. Just know that we are still here. :)
Please be aware that Kay's Magic was heavily and negatively impacted by COVID-19/Staff Shortages during Oct 2020, Nov 2020, and April 2021.
This subscription service offers witchcraft themed subscription boxes that are shipped on the same day each month.
All boxes are currently scheduled to begin shipping on the 28th of every month. If you subscribe after the cut-off date, but you don't want to wait, we have a similar version of these boxes are available for purchase one-time on our Etsy shop!
Some orders (April & May 2021) have been delayed by staff shortages due to the pandemic.
We begin sending out tracking numbers on the 28th day of the month. All subscribers who were scheduled to receive boxes will receive their tracking numbers BEFORE the 5th of the following month.
Currently, we are experiencing delays due to COVID-19.

After the order cut-off on the 20th of the month, the orders are finalized, and their status is changed to "Awaiting Delivery". This simply means that your order was confirmed on this date and sent to us for fulfillment.
Orders begin shipping on the 28th of month, however, you can expect to receive a tracking number between the 28th and the 5th of the following month. Do not be alarmed if you did not receive a tracking number on the 28th. That only means that we are still sending them out.
All orders should be delivered to you before the 12th of every month - this may change in the future to an earlier date, however, we are currently facing restrictions and shipping delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Delivery times MAY be longer due to any delays our shipping carriers are facing. Please email us if you haven't received your tracking number by the 8th of the month.
First things first, check the date that you signed up! If you signed up before the 20th of the previous month, then you should have received a box! We will double check this information when looking into your account. If you should have received a box, but haven't, we will move your renewal date out to ensure the delivery of your first box happens before your first renewal is processed. You must let us know at least 72 hours before the scheduled renewal date that you haven't received your box yet!
During COVID-19, delivery & processing times for some products may be delayed. Please check your tracking number for expected delivery date information. We apologize for any delays caused by the pandemic.
We are accepting new subscribers up until the 20th of every month. Any orders placed after the 20th of the month will be added to next month's batch of shipments. This is to ensure that we have proper levels of inventory on-time. We are always accepting new customers, however, please be aware of the cut-off date to receive your box in the same month.
The date that you place your order directly influences when you will receive your first box. Please refer to the following dates to determine when you will receive your first box:
The 1st through 20th: You will receive your first box at the beginning of the following month. All orders placed during this time-frame will begin shipping on the 28th of the current month - we are typically done shipping before the 8th day of every new month.
The 20th through the last day of the month: You will be added to the following months shipment. (eg. if you were to subscribe on January 21st, 2020, your first box would ship at the end of February because you signed up after the cut-off)
All orders for the current month are finalized on the 20th, including orders for current subscribers.
If your payment is unsuccessful, we will try to charge your card again in a few days. If you think there may be an issue with your payment, or you would like to skip a month, you may do so in your account. For assistance with skipping a month, you may contact:

No worries! Please send us an email as soon as you notice the charge! We start ordering for inventory for your box very quickly after the cut-off date, so we need to know ASAP if you would like your shipment canceled. It is best to reach out before the 15th to ensure quick processing and no waiting for a refund! Refunds can take 3-5 business days to be returned to your account.
Once your bag/box is in the mail, shipping can take 3-5 business days for delivery.
Delivery times may be extended due to COVID-19. Unfortunately, this is out of our control. You can contact us with any questions or concerns!
Please allow up to a week to receive your box in the mail - particularly during holidays.
Postal delays can be unexpected and worrisome, so please contact us if you are having any issues with the delivery of your box.
We provide a limitless range of items each month including crystals, candles, tools, supplies, herbs, bath/grooming, food/drink, and incense from other small businesses and etsy shops.
We also create a large number of handmade items for our customers including tea blends, intention candles, bath salts, loose incense blends, smudge sticks, ritual kits, engraved items such as runes, pendulums, jewlery, and other magical items. Every one of our items is crafted with a magical intent, every single time.
We work with several large importers to source low cost supplies such as charcoal, chime candles, incense cones/sticks, and Indian handcrafted items including home decor and altar furniture. In past months, we have had more of these vendor items due to impact from COVID, however, we try to limit these items (Eg. Kay's Magic was heavily impacted by COVID in Nov & Oct 2020, therefore, we provided less handmade items because we had less staff.)
The items you receive month to month will differ greatly, and what you receive one month does NOT ever predict what you will receive in the next month (except that you likely won't receive that item again for some time ;)).

The Texas Witch Box aims to be a budget friendly subscription service that replenishes the supplies of witches at a discount! We search high and low for savings then pass that directly to you with boxes that cost less than what you would pay buying each item individually at full retail price!
With that being said, at times, you may receive items that you consider to be beginner type items such as smudge sticks, Palo Santo, charcoal, ritual candles, and so on. We can go through a whole roll of charcoal in a day over here so we know that you can never have enough!
We send these items because we want to keep you practicing and involved in your craft! What better way to encourage someone to cleanse their space than to send a smudge stick every 4 months? (well maybe not every 4 months, but you get the idea - so no hoarding!!) We encourage you to put all these amazing items to use quickly (including that Palo Santo stick that you've had for 6 months...) because we will send you more!
Whenever possible, we search for and provide rare and harder to find ingredients/tools. We enjoy looking into abstract concepts and want you to discover them with us.
We also want to offer new concepts, and evolve with you as you grow in your craft! We spend tons of time researching magic, religion, spirituality, as well as, food, drink, plants, beauty, and bath ! We search far and wide for like-minded individuals who like to infuse all of those together into amazing products - one monthly collection, at a time.
The Kay's Magic Team is composed of witches from all heritages and backgrounds. We have witches with ancestral ties to Native North America, Texas, Mexico, Spain, South Africa, Germany, and more! We all contribute our cultures, ideas, knowledge, and backgrounds to the curation of each monthly collection.
We want to share knowledge of our cultures with others, as well as, learn alongside our subscribers! This box is meant to be educational in nature, as well as, engaging and entertaining.
We want witches from all cultures to feel comfortable and familiar with these items while properly learning about their usage.
The Premium Collection is part of our collection that features rarer items for the month. These items are included based on availability and are added to boxes depending on the monthly tier chosen. A larger box receives a larger portion of the total monthly collection. We curate your box based on your chosen preferences!
You will be billed for your subscription on the 15th of every month; Once your box is billed, we will begin preparing it for shipment.
Beginning on the 28th of the same month, your box will be shipped!

Anytime before the 12th of the month, you can change your product! You can choose to either upgrade or downgrade. :)
Please send an email to KMCustomerService@outlook.com to change your product.We typically need up to 72 hours to process all requests. If we do not receive your request before the 12th, it may not be proccessed quickly enough. We respond to all emails in the order that we receive them.

> When you resubscribe, it creates your first shipment as a "first-time/welcome" box, resets your shipment cycle, and you may receive items from past boxes (that you've already received).

- Click 'Edit' next to the 'Update Choices' section
- Select or unselect the add-ons you would like to choose
- Click through the remaining questions of the survey and hit 'Save'

You can purchase add-ons during any month as long as you update your preferences before your renewal date.
If you forget to change your preferences and remove the add-ons, please email us for a refund. We will also assist you with changing your add-ons.
We ship in a plain brown or white box! All packages are shipped in discreet packaging. The sender name says "Kay's Magic, LLC".
We invest in strong, simple packaging to provide more value to you! We do not double-box your order with a branded box on the inside because that raises the shipping weight and costs unnecessarily. Instead, we invest directly into the products that we provide you!
Please be aware occasionally the XXS ($5) boxes may ship in a padded envelope mailer. We do this whenever we can to lower shipping costs.
Please recycle or reuse the packaging we send you while we are researching more types of sustainable packaging.

If you believe you are missing an item from your box, send us a picture of your card with what is missing! We will evaluate each instance on a case-by-case basis.
No! We are always accepting new customers through TexasWitchBox.com - We may sell out on other platforms, however, we always accept new subscriptions through this site. Please take notice of cut-off dates and the shipping schedule!
We put the cut-off date in place to mitigate inventory issues that may arise from placing large inventory orders too close to our scheduled shipping date. This avoids issues with stock levels, lowers item substitutions in boxes, and makes the monthly collection reveal experience more consistent across the board for ALL of our subscribers (new and current). With a scheduled cut-off date, we can place much more accurate orders and cut down on residual inventory after we've finished shipping for the month!
Currently, we do not have a program to provide free boxes other than what you earn through the referral program. The referral program is a great way to earn free boxes for our customers!
In the future, we may consider providing curated boxes in exchange for social media reviews to certain individuals. Please reach out to: kay@kaysmagic,com for more information and to provide information about your social media followers. We are always interested in chatting about the possibilities!
We are always accepting new subscribers! There is currently no limit to the number of subscribers that we will accept before or after the cut-off date. In order to be included in the current month's shipment, it is important to place your first order before the 20th of the month. Any orders placed after the 20th will be shipped in the following month's batch. Please pay attention to your shipping date!
You can cancel your subscription by logging into your account.
1. Click on 'Subscriptions'
2. Near the bottom right corner of the page, click on "Subscription Settings"
3. Click on "Cancel"
If you see a message that you are on a committment period, and you are NOT subscribed to a $5 XXS Box, this is a glitch!
Only XXS Boxes have a 6 month subscription committment period. Please email: KmCustomerService@outlook.com for assistance in cancelling your account. This is only available to subscriptions that are NOT a $5 sample box.
Go to your Account Dashboard. The date of your next shipment will be displayed at the top with your subscription information.
Currently, we are working on a system that collects this information and organizes it for us. If you did not like an item, we still want you to let us know! You can email: KmCustomerService@outlook.com with the email subject BOX FEEDBACK (Month).
If you did like your box, there is no need to send this feedback email. We would like to use this channel to address our opportunities and hear any concerns!

Kay's Magic LLC is a small, woman-owned, black-owned business that was established in October 2019. We are currently a team of 5 that consists of extremely diverse women who are dedicated to the curation of each monthly collection.
The witches of Kay's Magic are excited to share their ancestral practices, traditions, history, and education! We are a group consisting of Native American, African, Mexican, and European Witches! We also proudly support the LGBT+ community!!
